Summit was a homeless cat who was hit by a car. A Good Samaritan bought her to a local vet who agreed to treat her at their expence. Her pelvis was broken. 
After four weeks of kennel rest at the clinic, she was still terrified and untouchable, essentially securing the belief that she is, in fact, feral and not just in pain. We were asked to take her in for her remaining kennel rest and possibly place her in a barn program.
Her injuries extend past her pelvis, but she is safe here now and we accept her and all her behaviors and her beautfil RBF.
